2026-2027 School Year:

New and Returning Enrolled Students -

Back to School Forms are now available! These forms MUST be completed before the first day of school.

Please go to each student you have enrolled and click the continue button to view all forms which must be completed. Once all forms are complete, please schedule an appointment for Schedule Pick Up. 

When you have completed all visible items on your checklist, the checklist will NOT show 100% complete. Only after you and your student attend Schedule Pick Up will it reach the 100% completed status.

Thank you for your interest in Toledo School for the Arts.

We have officially stopped accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year. We have reached capacity and will fill available openings exclusively from our existing waitlists across all grades. 

Please visit our website in October to apply for the 2027-2028 school year. Applications from the 2026-2027 enrollment season will be archived as of September 30th and the new applications for the 2027-2028 school year will be available on October 2, 2026.

IMPORTANT ACCOUNT INFORMATION

For future applications - 

In order to complete an application, you must create a Parent Portal Account. *Please note - the account you create will be used throughout the entire application process as well as for student enrollment. It is extremely important to use an email that you will check, as well as to save your username and password for this account. 

Applying involves a multi-step process. After you complete the initial application, please log back into the account and complete the customized checklist by uploading the required documents. Applications cannot be considered complete until submitted, accepted, documents uploaded and reviewed.
