INFORMATION FOR NEW APPLICANTS:
Thank you for your interest in Toledo School for the Arts.
We have officially stopped accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year. We have reached capacity and will fill available openings exclusively from our existing waitlists across all grades.
Please visit our website in October to apply for the 2027-2028 school year. Applications from the 2026-2027 enrollment season will be archived as of September 30th and the new applications for the 2027-2028 school year will be available on October 2, 2026.
IMPORTANT ACCOUNT INFORMATION
For future applications -
In order to complete an application, you must create a Parent Portal Account. *Please note - the account you create will be used throughout the entire application process as well as for student enrollment. It is extremely important to use an email that you will check, as well as to save your username and password for this account.
Applying involves a multi-step process. After you complete the initial application, please log back into the account and complete the customized checklist by uploading the required documents. Applications cannot be considered complete until all documents are submitted, accepted, and reviewed.

First Fridays!
First Fridays are open to the public and a perfect opportunity to see TSA during the school day. They are for potential students and their parents / guardians, donors, community members, families and friends of TSA. These are hosted on the first Friday of each month and run throughout the school year.
A reception begins at 9 a.m. with visual arts and academic displays followed by a special half-hour performance. After the performance, student-led tours of the building are available.
This is a chance for families (parents / guardians and students) to experience what TSA is like during a typical school day. You can anticipate being in the building for 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours. All related activities are usually complete around 10:45, so visiting students can often return to school.
Prospective New Student Open House
Our Prospective New Student Open House at Toledo School for the Arts is on Saturday, November 7th. We are excited to show you what we are all about! RSVP HERE.
Check in for this event begins at 9am, with performances beginning promptly at 9:30am, so please arrive before this time. Tours will be given following performances, with time for application assistance or enrollment questions. There will be no admittance after 10:45am.
